At SportsBilly, we are committed to delivering your personalised cards promptly and securely.

Please review the following information regarding our delivery process:

1. Processing Time:

Orders are custom printed and dispatched within 72 hours of being placed (this maybe longer at busy times). Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. UK orders for cards will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and should arrive within 2-3 working days. Larger orders will be shipped by Next Working Day Courier.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

We offer free shipping for all UK deliveries on orders over £50.

Any orders below £50 will be charged £3.99 and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery or similar.

3. Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Packaging:

All of our cards are packaged safely in flat, rigid, cardboard boxes made from recycled materials. In the unlikely event that your personalised football card arrives damaged, we’ll always offer to refund or replace it.
