SportsBilly strives to provide high-quality personalised cards that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options.
In the unlikely event your card arrives damaged, we’ll always offer to refund or replace it – if you believe your card to be faulty, you should let us know straight away and provide photos of the damaged card and its original packaging.
To make a return, please email orders@sportsbilly.com quoting your order number and stating the reason for the return. Once we receive notification of your return, we’ll then give you instructions on how to return your order. Please note that items must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund or replace as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, although they can take up to 28 days.

Returns Policy for Personalised Cards
1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges for personalised cards only if there is a defect in the product or if the customisation does not match the information provided during the order process. Personalised cards that have been approved by the customer for printing are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in customisation on our part.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a personalised card with a defect in printing or customisation, or if the customisation does not match the information provided during the order process, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request evidence such as photographs to verify the defect or error before authorising a return or exchange.
3. Refund or Exchange Process:
Upon approval of a return or exchange request, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s). The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Depending on the nature of the return, we will either issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange for a replacement personalised card with corrected customisation.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Personalised cards that have been approved by the customer for printing and production are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in customisation on our part.
